Arrival and Departure
Arrival and departure are arranged in advance. We aim to be flexible, but please let us know your expected arrival time so that the key handover can be arranged smoothly.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
 

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum capacity of the Guesthouse is 8+2 guests. Persons not included in the reservation may only stay at or visit the property with the prior approval of the host.
 

Pets

Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement and with the host’s approval. Please keep your pets under supervision throughout your stay and do not allow them outside the designated guest area.

The owner is responsible for any damage, injury or additional cleaning costs caused by their pet.

Before booking, please let us know how many dogs you would like to bring, their breed and approximate size. This is important because the surrounding property is guarded by Komondor dogs.

Please be assured that the approximately 2,800 m² guest area is completely private and securely fenced, and the Komondors cannot enter it. They guard the surrounding property, are well-balanced dogs, are not aggressive and do not bark continuously.

However, they may notice dogs staying with our guests. For this reason, we ask that visiting dogs are calm, well-socialised and do not bark continuously in response to other dogs.

Dogs are allowed inside the house on the ground floor only. Please do not allow them into the bedrooms or onto beds or guest furniture intended for sleeping. Dogs must be house-trained and must not cause damage to the house or its furnishings.

Pets are accepted for an additional fee of HUF 8,000 per stay, always subject to prior arrangement and approval.
 

Location

The Guesthouse is part of a working farm where agricultural activities take place from time to time. The farm itself is not permanently inhabited, and work is generally carried out during daytime hours on weekdays.

The working areas are located away from the guest area, allowing our guests to enjoy a peaceful and private environment.

Guests are free to use the enclosed guest area. If you would like to visit other parts of the property, please consult the host in advance. Agricultural machinery and equipment are present on the property, as well as four Komondor dogs that help guard the grounds.
 

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. No local tourist tax is payable in addition to the accommodation fee.
 

Proper Use of the Property

Please use the designated guest areas, furniture and equipment for their intended purposes. If furniture or other items are moved during your stay, please return them to their original positions before departure.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

Guests are responsible for the supervision and safekeeping of personal belongings, valuables, pets and any other property brought onto the premises. The host accepts no liability for loss of or damage to such items.
 

Smoking and Open Flames

Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes, as well as the use of incense or any open flame, is strictly prohibited inside the log house.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are permitted on the terrace, around the designated fire pit and in designated areas of the garden. Please use the ashtrays provided and help us keep the surroundings clean.
 

Hot Tub

One of the special features of the guest experience is our wood-fired hot tub. We take particular care of the water quality and aim to keep the hot tub clean and pleasant for every guest. Rather than relying on excessive chemicals or high salt levels to keep the same water in use for long periods, we regularly check and maintain the water and replace it completely with fresh water whenever necessary.

Heating the hot tub requires considerable time and energy and is therefore an optional service available for HUF 15,000 per day.

If you would like to use the hot tub, please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare and heat it for you.
 

Fire Pit, Barbecue and Outdoor Cooking

Barbecue and traditional Hungarian kettle cooking (bogrács) facilities are available. Fires may only be lit in the designated fire areas and in accordance with all applicable fire safety regulations.

We provide an initial supply of firewood and kindling for heating the hot tub and using the fire pit. If the initial supply is not sufficient, additional firewood is available for an extra charge.

Only firewood may be burned in the fire pit. Burning waste is strictly prohibited.

Never leave a fire unattended, and please ensure that it is completely and safely extinguished after use.
 

Fire Safety

The Guesthouse and several associated structures are largely made of wood. We therefore ask all guests to pay particular attention to fire safety regulations.

An improperly extinguished cigarette, ember or other ignition source can cause a fire even several hours later, potentially endangering the buildings and everyone on the property.

Candles, tea lights, torches and other open flames are not permitted outside the designated fire areas. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Never leave fire or glowing embers unattended and always ensure that they are safely and completely extinguished.

In the event of a fire or suspected fire, please notify the host immediately and contact the emergency services if necessary.
 

Security

Please lock the entrance doors when leaving the Guesthouse and overnight. For the security of the property, please keep the main entrance gate closed at all times.

The parking area and entrance gate are monitored by security cameras for property protection purposes. The cameras do not monitor the interior of the guest area, the terrace, the hot tub or any other private areas used by guests. Recordings are used solely for security purposes.
 

Parking

Parking is free of charge for our guests. Please use the designated parking spaces near the entrance gate.
 

Cleaning

The Guesthouse will be clean and prepared for your arrival. We kindly ask you to help maintain reasonable cleanliness and order during your stay.

For stays longer than one week, we provide fresh bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning upon request.
 

Exceptional Cleaning and Damage

The accommodation fee includes the cost of standard final cleaning following normal and proper use of the property.

If the Guesthouse, its furnishings or outdoor areas are left in a condition requiring significantly more work than standard final cleaning, specialist cleaning or the use of an external cleaning service, the host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Exceptional cleaning may include, but is not limited to, removing large quantities of scattered or abandoned waste, food or drink residue, cleaning spilled drinks, vomit or other significant soiling, or specialist cleaning of furniture, mattresses, bed linen, textiles, carpets, walls or other surfaces.

The exceptional cleaning fee is a minimum of HUF 30,000. The final amount will be determined according to the additional work required, cleaning materials used and any actual costs incurred for external services.

The host reserves the right to document exceptional soiling and any damage by photograph or other appropriate means.

The exceptional cleaning fee does not replace compensation for damage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by other persons included in their reservation to the property, its furniture, equipment or outdoor areas. The guest is liable for the full, documented cost of repair or replacement resulting from such damage.

The host may request immediate payment for exceptional cleaning or damage. If payment is not made on site, the host reserves the right to recover the amount based on an invoice or other appropriate documentation and, if necessary, through legal proceedings.
 

Use of Special Facilities

The indoor fireplace, outdoor hot tub and outdoor fireplace require particular care when in use.
